As part of our CARE programme that aims to increase home-school collaboration, we provide parents with workshops and seminars. On Wednesday 3rd March, Ibu Wati our Montessori Coordinator, led a workshop for Pre Primary parents from both schools, called MONTESSORI – A Foundation for Life.

 

This workshop gave an overview of what Montessori education is and how young children learn. The participating parents were very interested in this topic and so we will continue with another workshop next month focusing on the use of Montessori apparatus and activities that can easily be done at home.
